CANCELATION
All canceled orders will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. This will help offset fish pulled from available inventory cost to market again.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
ALL orders will be shipped on the following days:
- Mondays
- Tuesdays
- Wednesdays
Any orders placed after our shipping days will be sent during the next shipping window.
COLD AND HOT WEATHER
Our main priority will always be the safety of our Bettas, as such cold fronts and heat waves that could kill the fish will be deciding factors to delay the shipping of your purchase. While we understand that you are eager to meet your new Betta, we hope you also understand that the health and safety of your new fish are more important.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL
Orders mailed through USPS Priority will arrive on 2 days of when the order was sent. Please note that delivery time frames are contingent on your location and USPS shipping schedule. Inclement weather and holidays will impact shipping and could cause delays.
DISCLAIMER
All our fish leave our facilities in great health and disease-free. However, we cannot control the conditions of the new aquarium our Bettas will be housed in, and we are not responsible for any sudden deaths that may occur once introduced into their new home.
The lighting and water from my lake are different from yours, causing the Bettas colors to be lighter or darker from pictures on the site. No refunds or exchanges should coloration change once you put it into your aquarium.
DOA - any dead fish on arrival must be reported 1-2 hours after receiving your Betta. Claims and subsequent credits will be honored if pictures are sent to (my email) within 1-2 after receiving your shipment. Absolutely no exceptions as we will compare shipping stamps to email date/time. We will be more than happy to issue a credit or replacement as long as the terms and conditions of this policy are met.
You are responsible for shipping fees related to any replacements.
